Mandy’s Top 5 CliftonStrengths are: MAXIMIZER, EMPATHY, CONNECTEDNESS, DEVELOPER & POSITIVITY
Mandy is a small town farm girl from Illinois who now lives in Mesa, Arizona.
She is the Engagement Champions for CoreClarity, Inc.. CoreClarity’s proprietary framework begins with an individual’s CliftonStrengths® results, then takes a deep dive into understanding the things we don’t notice: our innate talents. Talents are those naturally recurring patterns of thought, feeling and behavior that can be productively applied. In other words, these are the things we do on autopilot that someone is willing to pay us to do.
In her 9 years with CoreClarity, Mandy has witnessed the powerful impact of their model firsthand. For more than 17 years, CoreClarity programs have positively impacted individuals, couples, teams and organizations. From teens to octogenarians; students to entrepreneurs to corporate executives; this system is the closest tool we have to writing each individual’s personalized “instruction Manual.”
Mandy has a gift for helping individuals connect deeply with their true selves so they can live vibrant, meaningful lives full of passion, purpose and presence. Using her degree in Tourism Management from the University of Illinois, her background in event planning and the CoreClarity model, Mandy has created a unique experience that leaves her clients with more than just a hike in the mountains. Her program, Meaning in Motion, helps mentor people through a journey of self-discovery that marries her love of the outdoors with her talent for bringing out the best in others.
Mandy sparks energy and elevates organizational alignment. With a strong intuition, she is most at home when honoring an individual’s perspective and offering a positive lens or encouraging words as they sort through their thoughts. With a passion for connecting others with their best self, she finds joy in helping individuals discover what makes them tick. You can find Mandy connecting with existing and prospective clients, coaching individuals, developing educational opportunities that strengthen our facilitator community, and enhancing resources that inspire us toward our greatest potential as an organization.
Mandy can be reached at mandy@coreclarity.net.
