Carolynn grew up in Chicago, Illinois and is a graduate from a private Chistian College.She has been married to Jesse for 53 years and is the mother of 4 married children and grandmother of 11. She was on the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ for 31 years.
In 1997 her Husband and she started a non profit to work with emerging democracies. She is the administrative Director and team consultant at the home office of Global Leadership, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia as well as Project Manager for all trainings conducted in Ukraine. She offers important creative thinking and problem solving skills to Global Leadership teams.

Amy is serving overseas as a Missions Mobilizer. She and her husband John are based in London, serving Western Europe and Russia, focusing on the millions of unreached people who have recently emigrated out of the 10/40 window to the doorstep of the Church. She has lived in Kenya, Germany, and served stateside in full-time ministry for over 20 years.
She has been married to John for 28 years, and they have four kids. Drew, aged 26 and married to sweet Jesse, Ashton finishing at Baylor and 22, Archer at the University of Kent and 19, and Lane in year 9 in London, who just turned 14.
She loves reading a good book with a nice cuppa, long walks on the Thames, deep conversations in pubs, and caring for people through cooking and hosting.

Carol was raised in Houston, Texas, Carol earned a BS in Education from the University of Texas. Carol has served alongside her husband, Stuart, with Cru since 1982. The Dodds have directed ministries in Colorado, Costa Rica and Texas. Those who know her best describe her as engaging, energizing and passionate. Carol and Stuart have three grown children: Rachel, Michelle and Jared. Carol uses her gifts and strengths to impact athletes for Christ. Recently she also finds much joy working with ENCORE-take the stage, a group for Empty Nesters in Austin, Tx. She feels like she has the best job in the world!

Lori Joiner is a sought after speaker, author and discipleship coach. She is the author of Discipling Women, Start Here 6 Foundational Lessons for Growth in Christ and the Discipleship Starter Kit.
She served as a missionary with Cru for 21 years gaining extensive experience in cross cultural ministry, evangelism, discipleship, and directing women’s ministries.
Lori founded and directed the Faith House, a discipleship home for college aged women in Waco, Texas. She is the founder of Lori Joiner Ministries which serves the global body of Christ with discipleship resources, publications and ongoing coaching and consulting of discipleship ministries.
Lori makes her home in Katy, TX, with her husband Alan and two young children Josh and Jake.

Lizzy Seay was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She grew up with an innate love for music and a curiosity about spiritual topics. After three years of opera training at the University of Texas at Austin, she changed her path to pursue Religious Studies and foreign language. After college, she worked as a Cru campus ministry intern in Florence, Italy on a team of 5 people from 4 different countries. Currently, she is back in Texas pursuing a masters in counseling and working part time with her Mother’s cookie company.
In this episode Lizzy shares her journey of digging into understanding her top 5 CliftonStrengths which was part of the catalyst for her to change her major and take courageous steps in her career path.

Candace Fitzpatrick is founder and Chief Executive Officer of CoreClarity, Inc., a company focused on uncovering the core competencies of individuals, teams and organizations. In addition to developing and delivering learning programs to identify and maximize the innate talents and strengths of the participants, she works with organizational leadership to not only promote, but also enable, cultural change from the top down and the grassroots level up.
CoreClarity has been on the forefront of the strengths revolution that was boldly declared in 2001 by Marcus Buckingham and Don Clifton in their best-selling book, Now, Discover Your Strengths. A budding rocket scientist turned Thought Rocket, who has expanded the understanding and teaching of the results of the CliftonStrengths® assessment, Candace has personally worked with thousands of individuals and hundreds of teams to help them articulate their unique value proposition. Early in her career, Candace made a conscious decision that work should be fun. When a friend challenged her to distill the essence of her passion into five words or less, she responded (after two weeks of contemplation and soul searching) with: I turn dreams into reality. Today she is having fun helping others turn their dreams into reality – and in turn is realizing her own.
